Casual luxury in the heart of Gstaad
Hôtel Le Grand Bellevue
In the heart of Gstaad village, Le Grand Bellevue was originally built in 1912 as a cure house and spa. The dynamic young owners Daniel and Davia Koetser re-launched Le Grand Bellevue after a year-long renovation. Chef Francesco De Bartolomeis inspires diners at LEONARD’s restaurant with his sophisticated combination of international haute cuisine and modern bistro style. Treat yourself to expertly hand-rolled sushi and curated salads by Tokyotrained Sushi Master Takehiko Yoshikawa at the Sushi Bar. At Le Petit Chalet, you will be treated to Swiss traditional specialities. The hotel also features an art-deco bar, cocktail lounge, cigar lounge and a private cinema.
