Restaurant Brass Boer
It is not without reason that the Dutch culinary genie Jonnie Boer together with his wife Thérèse, chose this place as their Caribbean culinary project, Brass Boer. The three michelin star chef's restaurant is with reason the gastronomic hotspot of the island. Brass Boer brings the best ingredients of the island and of course the ocean to your table. Enjoy the delicious food whilst enjoying the breathtaking views over the ocean. In the Club Tropicana Beach Bar you can order your colourful cocktail whilst relaxing with your feet in the sand. Here as well, the menu is filled with the original bites, designed by Jonnie Boer. At the end of 2021, the resort opened yet another restaurant with a touch of Jonnie and Thérèse, called 'Senang'. This restaurant is built around the Asian kitchen.
A dive in the water
Delfin Beach Resort Dive Center
Located on the waterfront of Delfins Beach Resort lies a Dive Center. Here you can exchange tanks, get tips and rinse out your gear. There is also a shop filled with gear you need for diving, suncream and flipflops to masks and fins.
