Under the guidance of practical teachers, the students prepare and serve weekly surprise menus in the three different restaurants. The focus is on the learning process and the development of the students of various levels. Take a seat at La Perle Noire restaurant, the black pearl in the restaurant's selection. Or enjoy a surprise menu at the Les Tuiles Rouges restaurant, named after a piece of De Rooi Pannen history. These two restaurants are mainly run by MBO hospitality students. Last but not least, Restaurant Le Début, that is run by VMBO students, who will provide you with a unique experience.
