The Netherlands 
On February 13th, the annual Gault&Millau points fell over the Netherlands. Rise and fall and newcomers were announced in the busy TivoliVredenburg. We are extremely proud that the QL Chefs received a total of 477 points. 

 

The 'Young Top Chef of the Year' award was presented to 36-year-old Guido Braeken of Restaurant Julemont (Château Wittem). We also congratulate Caroline Berends of De Nederlanden on her title as 'Hostess of the Year'.

Germany 
On Monday the 20th of June, the Gault&Millau awards took place in Germany. This year, the awards were held in a different way. The points were dropped this year with the reason that numbers are not suitable to judge the gastronomy of Germany. Instead, the restaurants were mentioned in the Gault&Millau guide and the gastronomic level was indicated with the help of chef hats.

On Monday the 7th of November, the Belgium and Luxembourg Gault&Millau awards ceremony was held in Belgium. This was extra special because it was the 20th edition of the Belux Guide. We are extremely proud to announce that our QL Chefs received a total of no less than 188 points.
