The Netherlands
On February 13th, the annual Gault&Millau points fell over the Netherlands. Rise and fall and newcomers were announced in the busy TivoliVredenburg. We are extremely proud that the QL Chefs received a total of 477 points.
The 'Young Top Chef of the Year' award was presented to 36-year-old Guido Braeken of Restaurant Julemont (Château Wittem). We also congratulate Caroline Berends of De Nederlanden on her title as 'Hostess of the Year'.

On Monday the 19th of June, the Gault&Millau awards took place in the Steinway-Haus in Munich, Germany. The gastronomic level of the restaurants is indicated by red and black chef's hats. The difference is that the red hats are "outstanding in its own category".
