On Wednesday December 27 QL founder Hein van Beek handed out the first copies of the new QL Guide 2018 to tophotelier Eric Toren and topchef Pascal Jalhay during a pleasant evening in QL Hotel TwentySeven at the Dam square in Amsterdam. Eric and Pascal truly deserved the first copies: they created with great passion, THE iconic, gastronomic hotel-restaurant of Amsterdam.
The evening continued during a culinary dinner 'en petit comité' at Restaurant Bougainville with among others Annelies Putman Cramer (Fair Focus PR), Willem Kool (Stan Huygens Journaal), Susanne Stolte and Sander Allegro (both members of the Advisory Board of QL), Arthur Roskott and Laurine Van Beek-Maarschalk Meijer (QL Colleagues), Eric Toren and of course Hein van Beek. "
