Even though the restaurant’s interior is tastefully designed, dining on the hotel’s terrace in fine weather, enjoying the breathtaking views of the Murg Valley and the Black Forest is a wonderful experience.

Exciting food combinations come out of chef Bernd Werner’s kitchen – Baden-Baden specialities with a touch of French haute cuisine. Werners’ Restaurant offers an elegant and innovative cuisine with creativity and fantasy. The restaurant also offers stunning views of the valley. The Spätburgunder and Riesling wines originate from the hotel’s private vineyard. In the so-called Schloss-Schäncke (Castle Café) you will find the friendly, less formal restaurant, where you can dine in a relaxed atmosphere but with excellent fare. The extensive wine list also lists the castle’s own wines from its own vineyards, such as the splendid Spätburgunder or the Riesling from Vineyard Schloss Eberstein. Also recommended: chef Bernd Werner regularly offers innovative cookery classes.
