The Beemster region is well known for its craftsmanship in producing good quality food, where time and love are important ingredients. The wine list offers more than 40 different excellent wines. The friendly staff is only too willing to help you choose the right wine to accompany your meal. Fort Resort Beemster’s second restaurant, the Wellness Restaurant, provides healthy light dishes and refreshing smoothies. Cosy seats and comfortable lounging couches are strategically placed throughout the restaurant’s bright interior.
