Chef Servé Vromen moved to France in 2012, after working at Chibois in Grasse he joined Royal Mougins. He serves uncomplicated dishes inspired by sun-drenched Mediterranean cuisine – a perfect match for a good glass of Bordeaux or a wonderful wine from Provence.
