Reviews

"After a decade of renovations, the former Abcoude train station was reborn in 2023 as a luxurious boutique hotel with restaurant. In the kitchen, a passionate team leads the way. The seasonal cuisine reflects true craftsmanship and refined taste. Braised veal cheek with white cabbage, mustard seeds, and crispy potato impresses with depth and precision. Duck is cooked to perfection and served with a classic, well-balanced garnish of artichoke, chanterelles, and a rich duck jus. New to the selection and immediately awarded two chef’s hats."
