Chef and co-owner Kris De Roy is an inspired man, always searching for the finest ingredients for his ‘Cuisine de coeur’ (cooking from the heart). The menu changes with the seasons, with special attention to vegetarian dishes. The exciting, innovative cuisine is at its best when you choose the Degustation-menu. This not only offers you a seasonal selection of artisan produce, but also the latest culinary techniques. On the other hand, classic dishes, such as hare and pheasant, are also on the menu. The 1 Michelin starred restaurant consists of several lavishly furnished rooms. The aperitif is served in the imposing wine cellar with a glass ceiling. The restaurant does not only have 1 Michelin star, but in 2021 a green Michelin star was added in honour of this sustainable concept.
