The spacious open kitchen is an attraction in itself and sets a distinctive vibe. Chef Frank van Thiel and his kitchen brigade are keenly aware of this atmosphere and deliver a menu that more than lives up to expectations. The menu is filled with refined bites—featuring oysters, caviar, and Spanish and Italian charcuterie—perfect for elevating the aperitif moment.
