Espace Medissey / l'Eau Vive

Hotel Le Val d'Amblève

,Hotel TwentySeven, a modern, exceptionally warm, iconic suite hotel, creates the illusion of a dream in timeless surroundings. In the heart of Amsterdam, right on Dam Square, next to the National Monument and Royal Palace, the hotel offers 16 individually designed suites. They vary in size from 43m2 (463 sq. ft), to the Imperial Terrace Suite mea- suring no less than 219m2 (2,357 sq. ft). This suite has three bedrooms and bathrooms, three double Jacuzzis, two living rooms and a spacious private terrace. With fabrics, furnishings and materials from sources ranging from Nepal, to Paris, Venice and Belgium, every corner of the lavish interior has been brought to life by the finest and most beautiful design.
Hotel Nobel
,For four generations the hospitality of Nobel has been legendary on the Dutch Wadden island Ameland - and far beyond. The historic hotel is in the heart of quaint historical Ballum. Nobel successfully merges history and contemporary luxury. A few years ago the entire hotel was renovated but the café was kept in its original state. Throughout the years hotel guests and island dwellers have come together to play cards, celebrate or just have a beer. Most of the uniquely designed hotel rooms have a private patio or balcony. Hotel Prinsenhof
,De Prinsenhof was founded in 1436 as a monastery for the Brethren of Common Life. Later it became the residence of stadtholder William Frederick of Nassau-Dietz (1613-1664), before being used as barracks and a military hospital. Centrally located in the shadows of the Martini tower, on the edge of the memorable Martini cemetery, Hotel Prinsenhof offers oak wood parquet floors, the finest bed linen and Acqua di Parma toiletries in all its rooms. The abbey church with its imposing hearth currently serves as the hotel’s Grand Café and has a walled terrace at the front. Restaurant Nassau, with its view of the Prinsentuin is housed in the former sleeping quarters of Stadtholder Willem Frederik and his wife Albertine Agnes. The renaissance garden dates from 1626 and features a rose garden, a herb garden, two romantic bowers and a monumental sun dial.
Hotel PURS
,The interior of Hotel PURS, with its 11 guestrooms, is the work of the world-famous Belgian designer Axel Vervoordt. With his minimalist approach, he has created timeless spaces with a deep feeling for history. The 17th-century chancellery was built by the prelate of Cologne. All the classic elements, from the slate roofs to the richly decorated plaster ceilings and grand windows, have not only been preserved, but have also gained new stylistic relevance thanks to Vervoordt’s masterful upgrade. Hotel Restaurant Langgenhof
,Your hosts at Hotel Langgenhof are the Mutschlechner family. Peter Mutschlechner continues the tradition handed down by his parents – it was his mother Greti and father Robert who once transformed their family farm into a place to welcome guests and serve good food. For 30 years, Greti put her heart and soul into cooking delicious traditional and regional dishes. Meanwhile, Robert stocked the wine cellar with local gems. Hotel Langgenhof is now a paradise for wine lovers: Peter’s wine list features more than 500 wines. The newest part of the hotel, which includes the panoramic wellness area and swimming pool, as well as the complete renovation of the main building, was designed by Peter's cousin Martin Mutschlechner, his partner Marco Bucci and Peter's sister Verena.
Kruisherenhotel Maastricht
,In Maastricht city centre, in the former Kruisheren monastery, you will find the Kruisherenhotel Maastricht. A unique place uniting ancient history and design. The comfortable and contemporary rooms are in the 15th century monastery, the gatekeeper’s house and adjacent Casa Nova. The reception, boardrooms, a library and wine bar with ‘aboveground wine cellar’ are situated in the monumental gothic church of the monastery. The modern interior is designed by interior architect Henk Vos and the German lighting artist Ingo Maurer. Every morning, noon and evening you can enjoy various culinary surprises with accompanying wines in the nave of the church, on the mezzanine.
Le Cor de Chasse
,In the forested hills and valleys of the Ourthe and Aisne region lies the authentic village Wéris. Here you will find Le Cor de Chasse, a veritable family hotel in a manor farm from 1681. L'air du temps
,Chef Sang-Hoon Degeimbre is a true cosmopolitan. He was born in Korea, studied pharmacy, Latin and Greek in Belgium and then became a sommelier and Star Chef. He knows how to distinguish flavours like no other. All this led to his apotheosis: L’Air du temps. Located in a beautiful white farmstead built around a square courtyard in the fields of Liernu you will find this two Michelin starred restaurant with 11 bedrooms. Not only does the restaurant have two stars but was also awarded a green Michelin star. Taste, technique, an excellent sense of style and knowledge of outstanding regional produce make L’Air du temps what it is today: a temple of taste. The restaurant is an architectural tour de force, with wood and glass as the prevailing theme. The panoramic view of the garden brings nature to your table.
La Fabrique du Pré Maho
,Chef Maxime Collard, of La Table de Maxime, opened his second hotel in his native village Our, in the Belgian Ardennes. The modern five storey building is constructed against a hillside. An architectural masterpiece, full of modern subtleties. Its roof is covered in solar panels and the building’s timbered exterior, providing excellent insulation, ages beautifully with time from a rosy orange to a silver grey. The hotel was christened ‘La Fabrique du Pré Maho’, meaning The Factory on Mr. Maho’s Field. The sturdy interior features unpolished wood in the rooms and slate tiles in the bathrooms.
La Table de Maxime Hôtel & Restaurant
,Nestled in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes lies the hamlet Our, taking its name from the little river that flows through it. The village has only some 30 granite houses and the two small hotels of Maxime Collard. La Table de Maxime is in a renovated manor house. The modern interior combines authentic details harmoniously resulting in a superb balance between classic and modern. A stone’s-throw from La Table de Maxime is Maxime’s other hotel – La Fabrique du pré Maho (the factory on Mr. Maho’s meadow). The modern five-storey building has four rooms built into the hill.

Maiensässhotel Guarda Val
,Hotel Guarda Val, in the Lenzerheide region in the canton of Graubünden (Grisons), is set among Alpine pastures, or Maiensässen, at an altitude of 1,600 meters. The hotel, which actually incorporates an entire village, consists of eleven cabins and stables, some of which are 300 years old. The interior of each of the 50 rooms is unique, blending traditional Alpine design and contemporary comfort. The use of sun-weathered wood in the rooms and suites reflects the close connection with nature. You can experience true Alpine relaxation in a hot tub or unwind in one of the hay beds with views of the valley.
ML
,When the guilder was still legal tender in the Netherlands, the maker of the currency - JOH. Enschedé - was named on all bank notes. The building in which Hotel Restaurant ML is housed was formerly the Enschedé family home. For centuries the printing-office and type foundry were also active there. Among other things, the typefaces with which the notes were printed, were made here. During the remodelling, the architect successfully managed to preserve the authenticity of this historic building whilst at the same time creating a special hotel. The rooms are stylish and modern. Some still have original decorations and ornaments. The hotel is situated in the centre of Haarlem, on the beautiful, authentic Klokhuisplein.
Mondragon
,Zierikzee, op het eiland Schouwen-Duiveland, is een typisch Zeeuwse stad met een indrukwekkende historie. Zo vierde de stad in 2019 haar 800-jarig bestaan. De Oosterschelde stroomt voor haar voeten langs, drooggehouden door de deltawerken, het Nederlandse antwoord op het oprukkende water. Hotel Mondragon, dat zichzelf meer een ‘stadslogement’ noemt, kijkt uit over de Oude Haven. Naamgever van het hotel is de Spaanse veldheer Cristóbal Mondragón. Hij belegerde Zierikzee in 1576 in opdracht van Koning Filips II van Spanje en logeerde op deze plek. Het kleurenpalet in de gastenkamers varieert van Rembrandt-rood tot zachtgroen, een keuze die samenhangt met licht dat de zon werpt op de verschillende momenten van dag.
MANNA
,Nijmegen has a rich history dating back some 2000 years. It is a cosmopolitan and vibrant student city. Hotel MANNA is located in the centre of the city in a historic building that dates from 1896. Design office Egoista.com designed the interior, beautifully merging modern design and comfort. The charming luxury suites are individually styled. They offer plenty of space to sleep, bathe, relax or work. The heart of MANNA is its vibrant restaurant and seafood bar.
Merlet
,Merlet lies at the edge of the pleasant village of Schoorl, surrounded by the widest area of sand dunes in the Netherlands. You can explore the picturesque dunes, woodlands and beach from the hotel. This unique hotel is now run by a dynamic second generation of the Bourgonje family. All the luxurious rooms have balconies, and in the souterrain you will find a heated swimming pool, as well as a spa and beauty salon, sauna, steam room and fitness area. Merlet’s culinary heart is its completely restyled Michelin-starred restaurant. Diners delight in the dishes created by Jonathan Zandbergen and served in an interior by designer John Breed - you can see the chef and his team at work in the open kitchen. The menu changes along with the seasons and offers classic and inventive dishes. Picnics and walks with a forest ranger are available on request and there are countless cycle paths and bridleways through the pine woods that cover the dunes.
Restaurant-Hostellerie Vivendum
,On the shores of the river Maas in Limburg lies the idyllic village of Dilsen-Stokkem. Alex and Marianne Clevers renovated old chaplain’s residence, built in 1734, to make their dream come true in transforming it into a restaurant and hotel. Meticulously restored, the building’s history was fully preserved, including the age-old mantelpieces and vaulted ceilings. At the rear of the restaurant you will find Vivendum's terrace which has been awarded as the most beautiful terrace in Belgium by Gault&Millau.
Restaurant, Hotel & Spa Savarin
,In the former country house Huize Zuidhoorn, that has been a beacon of hospitality for more than three centuries, you will find that today it is Restaurant, Hotel & Spa Savarin. Suitehotel Pincoffs
,Suitehotel Pincoffs is a boutique hotel with international flair housed in a historical monument from 1879 on the Kop van Zuid in Rotterdam. Cousins Boutique Hotel
,Cousins is Maastricht's newest addition, founded by cousins Joe and Jean. The focus at this boutique hotel is luxury, sustainability and local. They mainly work with local products such as, beers and wines produced in Maastricht and the breakfast is produced by local farmers.
Ysbrantsz Boutique Hotel & Restaurant
,In 2020, owners Marco and Laura opened Boutique Hotel & Restaurant Ysbrantsz in the heart of Hoorn, a historic port city. The flair of the Dutch Golden Age is still very much visible here. This is reflected at Ysbrantz where, in the 17th century, Johan Ysbrantsz was a restaurateur, a warm, hospitable man who liked to give his guests the feeling of coming home. At Roode Steen 14, he cooked meals with spices that the sailors brought back from faraway journeys. At Ysbrantsz Boutique Hotel and Restaurant, hospitality and sustainability (gas-free) are key. Ysbrantsz gives the feeling of coming home. A place for a cosy dinner, a good cup of coffee and a night in one of the historic, modernly renovated rooms.
Flicka
,Located along the dike, in the watery landscape between the Maas and Waal rivers, lies Flicka. Thomas and Merlijn made their dreams come true when opening Flicka with great success. Flicka is Swedish for girl. This name was chosen because of the love Thomas has for his three girls: his daughters and his wife Merlijn. Flicka's top priority is their guests experience. The atmospheric suites and the restaurant have been decorated by Merlijn, the hostess. Thomas and Merlijn are a true dream team. While Thomas, being a perfectionist, is completely focussed on his cuisine, Merlijn makes sure that the guests are pampered.
Nidum Boetiekhotel
,Spending the night in a monumental building becomes reality at Nidum Boetiekhotel, which is opening soon. Nidum is currently working on the six hotel rooms, which are expected to open in the late summer of 2022. The 16th century building was transformed into a house of inspiration. The overall concept Nidum, which is Latin for 'nest', is a place for inspiration and awakening new ideas, where the focus is on interior design and art, it feels like a 'warm nest' here. This beautiful location, the Arsenaal and Grave, is where several showrooms, stores and Restaurant Ovum come together. A new addition is Nidum Boetiekhotel, the Arsenaal has been transformed into 6 beautiful rooms decorated by different interior designers where you can enjoy an overnight stay. As a result, that each room has its own unique character.
