On February 10, 2025, the Gault&Millau Awards were presented at Tivoli Vredenburg. During this festive event, the new guide was unveiled, featuring no fewer than 866 leading restaurants in the Netherlands. With great pride, we congratulate our QL Chefs, who collectively achieved an impressive 527 points. 

 

A remarkable recognition of the quality and culinary passion within Quality Lodgings. A special mention goes to Restaurant Bougainville at Hotel TwentySeven in Amsterdam, which was awarded Wine List of the Year. Sommelier Ronald Opten accepted this prestigious award, a well-deserved recognition of the outstanding wine selection and the craftsmanship of him and his team. 

 

With these awards, QL Restaurants once again highlight their commitment to top-tier gastronomy.

Belgium and Luxembourg

On Monday, November 4, the 22nd edition of the Gault&Millau Belgium & Luxembourg Guide was presented at Brussels Expo. This guide annually puts the most talented restaurants in the spotlight. This year, several restaurants within QL Hotels in Belgium were once again recognized for their excellent achievements and the exceptional culinary experience they provide to their guests. Congratulations to all the chefs and their teams!

 

Several restaurants were acknowledged for their excellence and creativity. With a score of 19/20, L’air du Temps reaffirmed its reputation as one of Belgium’s top establishments. Ralf Berendsen at La Butte aux Bois followed closely with 18/20 points, while La Table de Maxime scored 17.5/20 points, half a point higher than last year. Additionally, De Kristalijn at Stiemerheide achieved 17/20 points, confirming its status as a top-class culinary destination.
